What LittlePages does

LittlePages helps parents and caregivers create personalized bedtime stories and audio from settings they choose in the app. LittlePages is intended for parent or caregiver use.

Children should not create accounts, manage settings, or submit information without a parent or caregiver.

Information we process

Analytics and crash reports

LittlePages may use Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics only after a parent or caregiver grants analytics consent in the app.

After consent, LittlePages may collect limited feature events, safe buckets and IDs, app interactions, app performance data, crash logs, diagnostics, device or app instance identifiers, and operational error categories.

LittlePages does not send child names, parent email addresses, story titles, story body text, audio URLs, account tokens, payment details, precise age, or sensitive child information to Google Analytics.

Parents and caregivers can withdraw analytics consent in the app. Withdrawing consent asks the app to stop analytics collection, reset analytics data on the device, disable Crashlytics collection, and delete unsent crash reports where supported by the SDK.

AI-generated content and service providers

Story text and audio may be generated by AI and text-to-speech providers configured on the backend, such as OpenAI, MiniMax, ElevenLabs, Alibaba Cloud, or Fish Audio depending on language and server settings.

LittlePages also uses infrastructure and storage providers such as Cloudflare, and may use Apple, Google, and Firebase services for app distribution, purchases, analytics, crash reporting, and platform operations.

RevenueCat acts as a processor for LittlePages. It processes the Firebase UID as its App User ID, the Apple receipt file or Google purchase token, and product and transaction facts. Last seen is the time when the end user last used the app or digital product. It also processes subscription, restoration, and refund facts, as well as necessary device type, operating system, and platform technical information. This supports purchases, subscriptions, restorations, refunds, and entitlement status. An IP address is used to infer the country or approximate region; after that determination, the original IP address is discarded and is not persisted by RevenueCat. RevenueCat does not receive story content or child profile content for billing.

To assist Apple in evaluating a refund request, LittlePages may share delivery and usage information for the relevant purchase with Apple, including whether points were delivered and the extent to which they were used. For this purpose, we do not share story content or children’s information, including a child’s name or age.

Deletion, retention, and children privacy

Users can delete individual stories, clear the story library, and delete a signed-in account in the app. Account deletion permanently deletes owned stories, audio, and remaining credit balance, along with child profiles, favorites, and current entitlement data. After re-registration, deleted LittlePages stories, child profiles, the point balance, point packs, and spent points are not restored.

Plaintext email, Firebase UID, display name, password material, and profile preferences are removed from the backend user record. A minimal tombstone retains a stable internal audit ID, deletion metadata, and keyed HMAC identity fingerprints for deletion retry, anti-abuse, and explicit re-registration matching.

The minimum purchase and transaction records necessary for valid subscription restoration, refunds, disputes, reconciliation, fraud and abuse prevention, tax, security, legal compliance, and duplicate-credit prevention are retained. They do not restore point packs or a deleted point balance.

Deleting a LittlePages account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription and does not automatically delete the RevenueCat billing customer and transaction history or corresponding store billing records. Billing and renewal may continue until the subscription is canceled in the original store. Subscription management remains with the original store. Refunds are governed by the rules and available channels of the platform used for purchase. Apple App Store refunds are handled by Apple. Google Play refunds are handled under Google Play rules through available Google Play channels.

Deleted balances and credit batches do not move with a RevenueCat TRANSFER and are not restored after re-registration.

LittlePages retains its own transaction, refund, and credit ledger audit records for 7 years after account deletion for disputes, tax and accounting, legal obligations, fraud and abuse prevention, subscription restoration, refunds, and duplicate-credit prevention. Terminal RevenueCat Webhook inbox records are retained for 90 days; completed RevenueCat reconciliation staging is retained for 30 days, while a minimal deduplication and result summary is retained for 7 years; keyed HMAC signup-reward claims are retained for the life of the service. Store and RevenueCat billing customer and transaction records are retained under their applicable law, contracts, and dispute obligations; this policy does not promise that RevenueCat uses LittlePages’s fixed 7-year period.

Do not enter a child full legal name, address, school, health information, contact information, location, or other sensitive personal information.
